Terms & Conditions

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your business to create a Nizamio account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you add, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

• Paid modules are billed on the cycle shown at checkout (monthly or annual) and renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand.
• You can add or remove modules at any time; charges are prorated for the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

You agree not to use Nizamio to store or process unlawful content, attempt to breach the security of the platform, reverse-engineer the software, or resell access without our written consent.

You own the business, employee, customer, and financial data you put into Nizamio. We only use it to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to store any data you upload.

We work to keep Nizamio available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance or make changes to features, and we'll give reasonable notice for any change that materially affects your use of the platform.

You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or leave payments unpaid after reasonable notice.

Nizamio is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits or data, beyond amounts paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, unless otherwise required by local law.

We may update these terms as Nizamio evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify account owners by email and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Nizamio after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
